The hospitality and professionalism of the Ductz organization is immediately apparent upon entering their new corporate facility in Ann Arbor. The 18,000 sq. ft. headquarters and training facility for Ductz International LLC includes office space, a hands-on training facility, classroom, conference room, and a comfortable hospitality area for trainees and employees, along with a life-size model home, training stations, and an exercise facility. The angled reception area entry space welcomes clients and trainees entering the building while also enabling the receptionist to maintain sight lines toward the hospitality area. A central stone wall with a fireplace in the cafe area separates the public spaces from the private offices while also providing a focal point upon entry. Behind the central stone wall is a kitchen designed with space for modest food preparation and for serving lunch buffet-style. Adjacent to the hospitality area is a large conference room that is used for multi-media and sales presentations. A wall outside of the conference room showcases the location of the Ductz franchises on an oversize custom United States map.
